There is clear evidence out there that the onset of puberty in girls is on a alarming downward trend in age. Where the start of puberty was once more happening between the ages of 9 and 13 years of age we now see girls as young as 6 and 7 developing buds/breasts and pubic hair.

How they learn how to handle their bodies and the stigmas that come along with it is still very new to the parent(s) and the medical world. Like the now one in eighty-eight children are born with autism and the growing numbers of seniors, local and international solutions to problems are sought and quickly needed.
We, our species, is evolving very quickly. In less then 500 years we more then doubled our life span and the amount of knowledge on all kinds of topics the average person possess increased by thousands of folds.
As a DevelopHer still associated with Project 10 Billion and epqanna my Vision of our future harmonious healthy living planet to plan still includes 1,000 9 to 13 year-old girls. That has not changed.
Proposal; I will have my service (2 hour epqcounter) available to girls of a younger age showing signs of puberty, with parental consent of course. There is a the low $50 service cost. My reasoning is, is that if a girls is in a womanly body then she should know as soon as possible about its uses, the opposite sex with more more just words. A hands on approach is worth thousands of times more then thousands of words or pages of information.This should not be done by members of the family, friends, neighbours, or those paid to teach other subjects.
To each his/her own trade/expertise/forte/profession/Mastery.
Life lessons and real truths about ourselves, or a good foundation with a Life Goal/Vocation, learned at an early age will have a positive lifetime effect.
Where as the older girls 9 – 13 would start to work on P10B (Project 10 Billion) and my archives including hand written transcripts right away, the younger ones will not have any solid assignments. Photography sessions/requirements would be optional. They would be a once visit only, unless more requested (time abiding), and not will not be part of the 1,000 epqgirls group..
Pls. keep in mind that epqcounters include nudity, touching, and body contact with none of it being in a sexual way or purpose.
Many spoiled seniors in the G-7 and the many young dying children in Africa can help each other. Not as slaves but accepted taken in as family.
Park the personal automobile. stop the Alberta Tar-Sands. Clean our living destructive ways. Time to get healthy.
Mankinds pre-occupation should be about healthy living for all life not earning money in order to consume resources needlessly and destructively.

If you could see and understand further then our little insignificant lives then you would see that I do not belong in jail!
Look and try to understand things from an evolutionary perspective.
I have blogging like this for years and you are the first to send such a comment.
I have never forced anyone nor do I go out trying to seduce young girls. There are many out there who have. Those are the ones that belong in jail, the rapists and pedophiles!
I have so much faith in what I write that I ran for office three times without trying to hide anything.
My lures have a greater purpose. That of the health of all life on this planet!
