Has anyone else noticed, perhaps Justin, that the price of, 411 plus nine, has gone up this summer. What was used to be relatively sixty-five is now seventy dollars, and , what used to be at one time “a quarter” is now twenty toonies, but you get only three-point five not four! Cost of division (brokerage fees?) and or inflation/greed, or U.S. of A. or other Country demand.
As if and when if ever I get into some kind of power or say in anything important I would/should earn my stripe. Declaring oneself to be a “King” is a tall order. Following it through for years on end while loading up with more and more good ammunition to take on the bad guys on this planet is not only a task but knowing that is an obsession with no end in sight may not end up well. Or not.
The real danger is succeeding.
Walking or riding my bicycle on dark streets is rare for me. This evening I did so. Oops, forgot my lights! No, seriously. Gets dark and cool soon.
Passed the gasoline price sign. It read, $133.9 as I recall it. My memory is still good in the four-hour span range.
Then I thought that if I could and really did want to stop weed and tobacco (and a reduction of alcohol consumption) in all of the planet’s inhabitants, then I should affect their pricing. Even though we had a great growing season with plenty of rain the prices still went up. If Weed were made a commodity then every country should match the price of weed to that of oil or gas at their pumps.
What I paid for today at forty should next time be $133.90 divide by two. We do the same for coffee.
Why! Because it is the most heavily sprayed crop on the planet, and we, many of us are addicted to it. So, the price of one Kilo of Coffee should next time should cost me, at the grocery store $13.39 . Today I paid $6.97 for close to one kilo! As the demand for coffee WW lowers, other crops to help feed the planets people will be introduced/harvested/planted. Same goes for weed and opium. As I do not have a clue what other drugs joining the “commodity band wagon get straight groups” costs are, we will let it figure it out for themselves. $133.90 per gram for heroin or coke or for other now illegal drugs?
How about sugar and edible oils? I have an affinity for sugar. Bought a bag today for two forty-nine. If it were $13.39 a kilo then next time it would be higher. Good bye sugar!I have always consumed a lot of it. Should it not also be very expensive for a comfortable (for now mcjobber) less than $15.00 per hour person?
Commodities, we have some at my job site; wood, steel, metals, glass (?). An earthquake in winter would empty/drain us quickly! Many scrap pieces, have to get rid, sell, them at market value prices!?
So Justin if your friends have some wheat at the moment, tell them to hold on to it for a few weeks or so, see if it will be worth more then! Do not smoke your weed if you plan or are forced to quit because of the sharp increase. Do not want to steal more. Got that! All of ya.
We the people are those who want our known poisons off our streets and out of our lives.
A start to our real fair and justice future for all!
Is alcohol $1.33 per litre? Other than Government taxes I mean!
Only the rich can continue to be addicted to our poisons. The children no longer will join you Mr. Capitalist.
