– Why wait till Sept. 1st?

 Vancouver has banned smoking in parks but not until September 1st. 2010. Talk about stupid. Hey, kids one more summer vacation with butts to side step, play with, collect, or even try!

It should be national and innitiated by the Federal Government! Ban smoking in all parks across the country. Add sidewalks as well!

Start now, idiots.
